Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a product issue.

Examples of product issues include:

  • Wrong color or incorrect item received

  • Item damaged during shipping

  • Item arrives dirty or appears used (e.g., a white backpack arriving with stains)

  • Printing error, such as missing color or a misaligned graphic

If any of these issues occur, I will gladly replace the item free of charge.

This policy also applies to personalized items if there’s a printing or production error on my end, I’ll make it right.
